About Me

About Me

Hey there! I'm Misty Willey — like One-Eyed Willie from "The Goonies," not Wylie like the coyote — a UX/UI designer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I specialize in crafting design systems, content style guides, and ensuring clean, structured content. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for accessibility, I create user-centered experiences that enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement. My knack for organization and planning ensures every project runs smoothly, with inclusivity and usability always top of mind.

Beyond design, I live and breathe the hot rod custom world. My dad was an award-winning custom painter, and I've carried on the tradition with my own fleet of classics—Bernie, a '75 Chevy Stepside, Bertholomew, a '53 Chevy Bel Air, and my latest projects, Beauford, Benson, and Big Ben. When I'm not designing, you'll find me at car shows, swap meets, or acting as a crew chief at nostalgia drag races.

Let's build something awesome together!
